Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or support@bukharians.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order number, photos/videos of the defective or wrong product.

  3. Our team will verify your claim and guide you on the return process.

  4. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will send the replacement.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (no cash refunds).


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to incorrect details provided by the customer, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
