  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and may introduce online payment options in the future.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via TCS within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout unless a free shipping offer applies.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our luxury products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed.

  • Refunds are processed only if the replacement product is unavailable.
